The CZ75 is a fine piece of work and quite possibly the nicest of its type. In fact it's the only 9mil I've enjoyed using...
I prefer a sword myself.
The CZ75 seems to me the instrument of choice - whether one be artisan or artist.
Mind you, having sat in the local last night for five hours minding my own business and trying to slip down a gallon or two of Wifebeater while ignoring the pair of poltroons at the next table loudly discussing World of Warcraft...
